Infra Engineer (Handling US Clients)

GKS Infotech is looking for an experienced Infra Engineer (2+ years) to manage network infrastructure and servers for our US-based clients. Fluency in English and immediate availability preferred.

Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure and server environments. Provide technical support and coordination for US clients (requires excellent communication). Ensure system uptime, security, and performance optimization. Execute hardware and software upgrades and maintenance tasks.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of servers, networking protocols, and troubleshooting. Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory for client interaction. Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
